Whom we are looking for:
Our company is looking for an accomplished professional who will be leading customer relationship management and ensuring constant organizational improvement. Being familiar with account management in software development industry, Head of the office will define the Account Management process within our company and ensuring compliance of all deliverables.
- 3+ years of Account Management experience (US/EU accounts)
- 5+ years experience in software industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; specifically, strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of software outsourcing business
- Experience of work in Delivery department would be a plus
- Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships throughout all levels of client organizations, specifically with C-level executives
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated capabilities in mentoring and coaching
- Fluency in English language
- Technical background would be a plus
- Education: Degree or above in Business, Computer Science or similar
- Investigate customer industry, business environment, rivals; its profile, internal organizational structure, stakeholders, processes and other customer related data
- Grow account by discovering customer’s business needs and offering relevant solutions & services
- Work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status to identify potential issues and/ opportunities within or related to the project
- Support and mentor Account Managers throughout the expansion and renewal process
- Establish and incorporate software development best practices to ensure continuous improvement of company’s services
- Cooperate with company directors and heads of other functional offices
